Collingham & District Food Pantry

Collingham Food Pantry was set up during the first lockdown by a group of local volunteers.  We provide food boxes each week to support local families requiring help for various reasons.

We serve 16 villages and hamlets around Collingham along the A1133 and A46 delivering food parcels every week.  We are supported by local businesses providing our storage facilities and also items such as eggs, milk and tea.

The local people of Collingham are very generous with donations of food and cash to enable us to deliver food boxes to the families that we support.

To provide healthy balanced food each week the continued support is vital to enable the Food Pantry volunteers to source the food and supplies needed.

Our success stories include:

• We were able to provide generous food boxes and gifts at Christmas
• A local boy George raised funds and donated Easter Eggs for the supported families
• A man who was supported by the Food Pantry and no longer requires support, donated food and cash as a BIG thank you
