We believe that every young person, no matter their starting point, should leave school armed with the confidence, resilience and self-belief to succeed.

Many of our students face significant life challenges or lack positive role models. We know that with the right support, and by building teamwork, leadership and communication skills and raising aspirations, the sky
is their limit.

Since 2012, we have supported over 35,000 young people across the UK to build confidence, aspiration, self-belief and resilience, empowering them to face challenges head on and allowing them to re-engage with education to make informed career choices.

Many of the young people we support are enrolled onto our programmes because they have faced significant challenges in their personal lives which have led to them losing confidence and focus, and losing sight of what they are truly capable of.
