SBKA is a friendly freestyle kickboxing club with an open-door policy where anyone can train of any age and ability. Providing fitness and kickboxing sessions around Lincolnshire to the local communities and also deliver sporting and fitness sessions to schools and care homes.

The coaches are very supportive of everyone who attends the sessions and will often go the extra mile.
During the COVID-19 lockdown the club has had to change the way it is doing sessions due to the new restrictions and events that bring the community together, even their kickboxing tournaments had to be cancelled.

Gusto employee Michael Yates said his Gusto Community Fund donation would go towards a kids’ fun day out, due to them missing out on all the events of 2020.
